K102D07 – Pan Tile Brakets

Description

Patent for not drilling the roof, to be used with the  sealing Ms Sealant.

Fast and safe universal anchoring system for tile and pan tile roofs.

Stainless steel plate 16×18 cm 1.5 mm thick with two pins fixed at high pressure that guarantee watertightness, resistance to extraction and rotation, the plate has several holes for fixing to be able to choose the greatest point seal for the gusset.

Suitable for positioning under tile (as well as under bent tile)

5 mm stainless steel bracket made with two components that allow a height adjustment form 6 to 12 cm and a lenght adjustment of 4 + 4 cm, 1 bolt and 3 nuts in stainless stell. Suitable for positioning on the ridge tile (or roof tile) as well as under roof bent tiles.

The large support surface of approx. 400 cm2 offers great stability and distribution of the load weight.We can also use special high quality polymeric adhesives / sealants to help the classic fixing plug (see C100T01 ). We have thus reduced the number of brackets, the number of anchors, the hours spent on the roof, the probability of any infiltrations. Being positioned under the tile it becomes an integral part of the roof, it does not weaken but rather increases the solidity of the base on which it is anchored. They can be fixed, with a suitable track, at 100/130 cm from each other, they are positioned following the pitch of the tiles therefore it is no longer necessary to measure the stations.
